I bought one of these logins, off of eBay, this year for the MLB package and it worked quite well. The one time that I had an issue, the account got banned, I just emailed the seller and he provided new credentials the following day. Most of these auctions will state that if a login were to be banned, just contact the seller and you're to be provided working credentials. Now, if I wasn't taken care of when the account got banned, I would have just filed a complaint through eBay and had my money reimbursed. In my opinion, this is definitely the way to go if you're not a sucker like me and buy the Ticket. After a year of trying to find free streams for games, I learned that I will never do it again.

Yea, that's the "warranty" these sellers seem to promise. Though I suppose the sellers account could get banned where contacting becomes impossible?

I just got the max for $200 and free hbo for 6 months. The key is to call direc tv and ask to speak to customer retention. They can get you the best deals on promotions and a bunch of other stuff.

Yep. I ususly call before the first payment is made. Mine is set to auto get it every year so my installment plans first payment got me before I called. Wife’s eyes got big when she handed me the bill.
I called and canceled the package and told them I would get back if I was interested:)

No idea. I know I will be calling this weekend to get them to discount my account. I have had direct tv for more than 15 years. If your a new customer they give it to you for free for the first year. Why does a customer that’s show loyalty for years get stuck paying 100s of dollars for something a new customer can come along and get free? I call the retention department and they are always kind enough to discount some off the ticket.
I called them and they would only offer me 12.99 off each month. I told them If they couldnt get it to 99.00 I didnt want it. I will just stream it online off another account or watch them online from a streaming Cowboy server.

I get it free every year. Just call and threaten to cancel. I like Directv and its picture, but I'm seriously ready to leave dish satellite service and it's issues.

I keep it for Red Zone. If they didn't did this, I'd cancel.

That is relative statement. To me it is worth $30 and would pay that in a heartbeat if it guaranteed I could watch every game live.
You can only watch 1 game at a time and if you switch from game to game you need to do it during the commercial break. There is a few that guarantee or money back and have great ratings on Ebay. You will also need to have a pretty descent internet service in order to stream.

They got sick of my yearly call so much that 2 years ago the nice lady applied my discounts for 24 months and told me it was so I didn’t have to call last year. Lol. Discounts up and my bill came in with the 175 dollars. First installment got to me before I called. They gonna have to fix it. Or I can switch to cable. Already bundled phone and internet. Cable with the same channels except ST is only 30 bucks a month more. I would save 70 bucks a month bundling with cable phone and internet but no ST. Would miss about 3 or 4 games a year.

My discounts (which were huge last year) just ended and I called again. They didn't offer much up front, so I just set up a cancellation date for Sept. 1. That's how I got the huge discounts last year. They called a few days after to see what they could do. Now I'm just waiting for the call this year. If it gets really close to the first, then I have the number to the department from last year (not retention), and I'll give them a shout.

Be careful with it. If you don’t have the box you will NOT get the main game of the day.

I borrowed an account from my friend, he had the box at home and I signed in via the app.

A majority of Cowboys games were nationally televised so I ended up watching them on a reddit stream.

That was my experience, I am not too tech savvy though. I’m sure somebody knows a way around it

Thought I was gonna have to set up cancellation 2 years ago. They dropped my bill 30 bucks a month. I will take that. I know they have to make a living.

Pretty much what I do. Tell them cable offered me a sweet deal. Which they do. But I get sick of loosing HD channels when it rains hard.

Sometimes I call and ask politely but to the point, what's the most you can discount my Sunday ticket?

That's closer to what I usually get, maybe free ST along with that 30 bucks. However, last year I was getting over $100 off a month plus ST was free. Before they raised their rates and an HBO discount dropped off, I was paying less than $35 a month.

I mainly watch the Cowboys. A lot of their games are black out due to my location. So I really don't have have a need for Sunday Ticket unless I want to watch other teams.

I did that the first few years. Worked well. Really depends on who you talk to I think. And I am sure they get these calls every football season. Lol. Last time I had to work it a little. They offered me 10 bucks off my bill. Had to go with the whole “let me speak to your manager” I always ask polite. She was cool and looked at my account and knew I call every year. Knocked off 30 bucks a month for 24 months. I took it. Soon they will likely call my bluff and I will have to cancel.

In regards to the reddit nflstreams, having a Sunday Ticket Max login seems to me a more consistent experience and easier and worth $30 to me for that. Thinking about trying this as the worst case scenario is I'm out $30. In the past, I subscribed to NFL GamePass using a VPN that went through another country and allowed me to stream the games live. But then they made a change that required staying on the VPN, where as before I would disable it once the game started, and paying for both GamePass and a VPN service became too much for me. Keep in mind I'm in MA and while a fair amount of Cowboys games are national I want to be able to watch all of them.

Sometimes you need to call back 3 or 4 times. I did it on chat last year. Took 3 times. But there were some other issues that happened, so they gave it to me for free.

I just got off a chat with them a few minutes ago.
I got them to reduce my DTV bill by $60 a month for a year, and no contract agreement.

They would not give me NFLST free at this time, I guess since they just gave me the $60 reduction. However they said to check back in September as there may be some promotions on it at that time. Right now there is not any.
