Possibly do some major damage..
For those of you that are too young to have watched Super Bowl 28 really need to watch it because there are some serious parallels in regards to the team of the past and our current team, especially on defense...
I was bored last night and fired up the game on youtube and was struck with how similar our current defense is to our Super Bowl defense.
If you watch these defenses play, you will see that they play with their hair on fire and are fast as hell! I mean it's quite uncanny really. I will venture to say that our current offense is nearly as good with the exception of Emmitt Smith. Smith was a monster, but I think all of our current guys match up pretty well with the likes of Irvin and the cats of the past.
I know it's easy to get nostalgic and write off our current roster, but I really encourage you to watch this game if you have some extra time because the similarities are crazy! The quality of the video is good as well, I think you might enjoy it.
