The patriots and it would not be close.

They would be the only team so dedicated to winning that they would find all ways to do so which would mean they would find yet more ways to cheat.

Patriots ended up putting it to the Colts even worse after halftime when they used footballs inflated to the required inflation level.

I think we would have had a chance, but we just don't match up well against them. They have too many weapons and we don't have the pass rush (like the Giants did) to get to Brady before he can get the ball out.

I think we would have played with grit, but I think it would have ended up being similar to the Eagles Thanksgiving game...we just couldn't keep up. If there was a re-match, I think it would be a different story.

My heart - we win

My head - Garret gets outcoached/cheated by Belichick.
Belichick pulls a Peyton manning game plan on Romo.
Oline gives up too many sacks.
Romo takes sacks, chunks of lost yardage and an intentional grounding or two.

Not being funny. Being honest.

At the end of the season, I would have said the 'Boys would take NE in a close game.......but it looked to me in the playoffs, Dallas O was not as consistent, Murray was gassed and the D could not get off the field. NE, and Brady in particular would have shredded them with the inside passing not to mention that Blount is in a groove. The Cowboys would be lucky to keep it within 14 points.

I still wake up in a sweat thinking about the non-rush against a one legged QB. Think about what Brady would have done......no, better yet, don't think about it.

The way the pats are playing, the pats. Was thinking about a wager on the real game, could see them winning pretty handily. I really dont like them, but i want to see the seahawks knocked down a peg.

I think the Patriots would have been very vulnerable to Dallas' ability to run the ball. Our D was starting to play with a lot more confidence. We would have beat the Patriots by !0.

Rogers basically did anything he wanted the entire 4th quarter against our defense playing on one leg so I don't get where all of this bravado against Tom Brady is coming from.

Deflated ball or not, Brady is still one of the top QBs to ever play the game.

Pats couldn't stop our run game - assuming Murray and Martin would have been healthier at that point. Plus, they wouldn't be able to cheat as much on the road, although they would still try.

There was an article out that Belachek let Bills run ball in the Giants vs Bills SB.
What's to say they would not have done same - and shut the passing game down.
So unless we ran them out of the ball park drive after drive. Results would be same for us - low scoring game.

In a hypothetical game I'd worry they'd take away Dez and the run game with the presence of Revis. And I don't know how we would contain Gronkowski. But if it were a real game I could 1,000% talk myself into Dallas winning.

Difference is, we usually beat the teams that can't stop our running game early.

To be fair, Giants should have lost that game, right? Most statistically lucky Super Bowl franchise in history.

Yes. The wide right FG miss.

I have no doubt Dallas would win this game. The defense handled Jimmy Graham earlier this season, so there's no reason to believe they couldn't gameplan to stop Gronk.

Dallas would have a chance based on talent but I think they would be thoroughly out coached and the D would not be ready for many acts of trickery by NE. NE likely wins by about 10.
