I get to watch the SB with a dog and two women. What could be better? They're cooking up all kinds of tasties. I'm not quite sure I know what that is at the moment. Too early.

Frying up some bird, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, maybe a green salad that nobody will eat.
Hate the Eagles, always will, hope they get pounded but they wont.
My fried bird will be good though, might even try the salad.

Smoked Prime Rib roast, bacon wrapped asparagus, garlic mashed potato cheese casserole. Spinach and crab artichoke dip, grilled shrimp caeser salad and of course our staple, New Mexico Hatch Green Chile chicken enchilada roll ups! Go Chiefs!!!

What's on the menu?

Fried catfish, Mac and cheese, cornbread, collard greens for lunch.

Dinner: some super thin shaved ribeye steak.... put on a hoagie roll. Will melt some provolone on it....maybe some peppers and onions. Got some fries to eat with it, might put some ole bay on the fries.

Nice ale to wash er down.

Had a pulled pork sandwich a little bit ago.
Bar is having smoked BBQ mini sausages and queso plus whatever any customers bring in.
It is usually a pretty good spread of food.

I need to get there about an hour before the game starts to get the big screen projector set up. 10 foot screen.
At least it is motorized. Just flip a switch and it rolls down.
