I know you can get them through brokers or scalpers on the interenet. Anybody know how you can get them direct from the league?

How To Get Super Bowl Tickets

Your Guide to Football.

Every football fan dreams of being in the stands on Super Bowl Sunday, but most don't realize just how easy it is to get their name thrown in the hat for the annual random drawing for the right to purchase tickets.

Difficulty: Easy

Time Required: 15 minutes

Here's How:

1. Write a letter to the NFL requesting tickets for the upcoming Super Bowl.

2.Put it in an envelope and address it as follows:
Super Bowl Random Drawing
P.O. Box 49140
Strongsville, OH 44149-0140

3.Take it to your local post office and send it via certified or registered mail.

4. Cross your fingers and hope your name is drawn!

Tips:
Entries for the random drawing are accepted between February 1 and June 1 of the year preceding the game.

Those selected in the random drawing will have the opportunity to purchase two tickets.

Only one request per address is accepted. All duplicate requests will be disregarded.

All ticket requests must be sent via certified or registered mail. No exceptions!
What You Need:

Paper
Pen or Pencil
Envelope

that's what i thought.
i once got tickets from non other than the late Harvey Martin. I guess ex NFL players get complentary tickets or something. Anyways he couldn't make it to the game (or needed the cash) and sold it to a friend of mine who in turn sold them to me. i got them pretty cheap too. anywho, i ended up watching the game (cowboys-bills) in pasadena.

maybe i can get some tickets from quincy

I had the chance to go to the Super Bowl when Dallas faced Pitt for the 1st time (1975 season) Getting tickets were much different then than now. Face value of the ticket 35 bucks. Only bad thing is we were sitting in the heart of Steeler country. I thought we would be killed after Bradshaw got knocked out and my mom turned to a steeler fan and said "Now that is how you play football" :laugh2: All in all it was a great experiance I got to meet and get the autographs of many of the Cowboy players when we went to the team hotel and I got to see my 1st strip tease act on the plane as one of the passengers started taking it all off (charter flight) she left the plane with the highest bidder. :laugh2:

wow. you can write a master card commercial with that story. witnessing your first strip tease act in front of your parents: priceless.

It was funny, the stewardess was giving me playing cards to play with and I wanted no part of the cards I wanted to see the show. I may have been just a kid but I was not stupid :laugh1:
