superbowl commercials

Nice dis from NFL network on their spot. They show two dozen sappy Hallmark shots of fans and players in jerseys and we get a little brat with an "anyone but Dallas" t-shirt? I guess they forgot who butters their bread.

Yeah...not one Dallas jersey except for the little brat.

I'm actually glad they showed someone wearing that "anyone but Dallas" shirt...shows we're still the one everyone is gunning for, no matter how good or how bad we are.

Best
Cell phone security device
and Ameriquest Plane Ride

Worst I can't believe Pepsi payed money to Actors and advertisors for that complete and utter waste of time. It was almost as bad as someone else. Yes "the king" I'm looking at you.

Burger King should have given me a million dollars and I would have used the NFL footage and had "the King" over George Teaque and knock TO off of the Star. Now that would have been funny

My favourite was the Godzilla and the robot Hummer commercial.

The baby Clydesdale one was cute.

Even though the commercial was brutal, anything with Brooke Burke in it gets a thumbs up.

The stomped on Neanderthal was funny too.

Budweiser was the clear winner. Ameriquest/Career Builder runners up.

Diet Pepsi commercials were just terrible, terrible, terrible (much like last year). The BK commercial was just as bad and went on forever. Hummer commercial also stupid.

Another one no one discussed that was bad was the Escalade commercial. 40 seconds went by before the car was introduced. Even then, just exterior. Yeesh.

That one was unwatchable for me. If I were considering a Hummer H3 that one would have assured me to keep looking.

BTW, I'd never consider a Hummer H3. AdButcher rented one for the pre season game this year and none of us liked it.

The working with Monkeys ones -- those were great.

And sometimes I can relate.

The streaking sheep was cute.

I guess I liked the Godzilla one because it reminded me of a show I watched as a kid on Saturdays, I think it was called Shazam where a guy fought Godzilla.

bud light was far and away the most consistant with their "good" commercials.

i've raised the burger king penalty to 6 potential visits to be aborted because.

yea, just because.

cell phone security - THAT was funny.

NOW you're closed!!! funny!

streaking sheep, good up until then "i didn't need to see that" then it went to classic.

coke stunt double, 'eh. i'm glad i drink RC and mr pibb now.

domino's commercial where it was the "last delivery of the season" - sad. the kind that looked good on paper but shoula stayed there.

and to the guy who said teague shoulda taken out the king on the star - i'd have done 2 team lunches at burger king from laughing at that one!

I think its just a matter of time before people on the net make it into an internet video. It didn't take them long to dub the king over that guy who took the ball from Farve during the Cincinnati game.

Most of them sucked. Decent ones were the guys on the roof and the fans at the stadium pouring the beer into a glass using cards.

Monkeys and donkeys it don't get much better.

The FedEx commercial reminds me of the caveman scene in "History of the World Part I." Funny stuff. :laugh2:

Yeah it would have! :lmao2:

Now that the BK commercials are starting to get old they SHOULD do that as a way to poke fun of their own overused NFL commercials.
