***Superbowl Game Thread Score Pitt - 21 Sea - 10***

I have a major problem with the way this game is being called. A minor push off -- minor -- no TD. First down by Seattle, pushed back enough - no first down. Was that a touchdown. Not on your life.

Refs owning this game.

I hope Seattle comes back,, big time. No question, can't overrule the world refs. Stole it from us. Bums.

Seattle should be ahead right now except for the refs.

Terrible, terrible.

he kicked the pylon didn't he?? I thought that was part of the field???

The way the ref made the call was weird yes, but looking at it, I can't really say the call was wrong.

The push off wasn't that minor, it obviously stopped the defender from moving in that direction and gave jackson an advantage cutting back. The first down spot was EXACTLY where it should have been, he was short. And there is no way you can say that is, or isn't, a TD. It's too close to tell. It's so obvious so many of the people here are watching with major bias, and not just watching the game. I personally don't care who wins.

there is doubt - the ref didn't help his cause with marking the down THEN going to TD *AFTER* the play was over. that alone is going to feed any "conspiracies" you hear about.

then you tell me - we watch roths "td" several times, DJ's NON td only once?

i do agree a push off is a push off. don't want it called don't do it. i don't care who wins either but it does seem seattle is getting a bad share of the close calls.

Looks to me like one of those games where the underdog does a good job of moving the ball ...but doesn't capitalize on it..and ultimatley, loses.

what game are u watching?

Blame Seattle for only one review. They had the ball, they could have waited for more reviews before running another play. I'd like to see myself if his foot hit the pylon.

If you can call that minor push off, than on the same drive on 3rd down the pitt defender had a pass interferance in the end zone. The play just before Seattle kicked it's field goal. The ref's have been consistantly spotting the ball short on Seattle all game.
