T-bone steaks, baked brussels sprouts w/bacon, sweet taters, stir fried mixed veggies.
Thanks @Ranching for doing the menu threads throughout the season.
Salud!
Go Cowboys!
Smoked a brisket for some brisket nachos. Wings extra hot, club sandwiches and some good old fashioned banana pudding for dessert
Good job on the brisket! You can see the moisture and tenderness a mile away on that sucker!
I broke mine about 5 years ago. Turned it over moving it and if that's a Large one, if it's going it's gone. I hadn't named it yet and had to revert to Humpty Dumpty after the fact.Thank you it came out pretty good. It had some pretty nice smoke rings as well. I got myself a Big Green Egg last year as a birthday/Christmas present and have fallen in love with smoking meats.

There's a new one out that Raichlen has used, highly recommend Project Fire on PBS, that is more horizontal than vertical with twice the cooking area. That show is great and he has every outdoor cooking apparatus made. A bud of mine, who's about as outdoors as a Morlock, bought that electric one he uses and made some outrageous brisket and pulled pork with it. It is idiot proof and I mean it, outdoors to him would be a detached garage but he just followed the instructions and hit a homer.
I've got a Dyna-Glo gas smoker but Weber just got into the pellet grill and I got a hankerin', I've got their charcoal and gas grills and can't beat'em.
