Could you explain how the supplemental draft works? Say, for example, the Cowboys wanted to drafted Unga. What would the draft pick be?

Teams bid draft picks in the same order of the 2010 draft. If your team outbids for a player you lose that same round pick in the 2011 draft.

So if you bid a 4th round pick and its the highest pick given you get the player but lose your 4th round pick in 2011.
