Perhaps its something a little more complicated.

We did not technically have a pick in the third round (traded to Houston) nor did we have a pick in the fifth round (traded to Indianapolis).

The Jets had picks in both of those rounds.

Perhaps the Jets make a bid for a player that Dallas wants using either of those rounds and sends the player to Dallas for Pete Hunter?
