Im pretty sure he runs a 4-3, I dont even think he could be able to coach.

A switch to the 4-3 is much more realistic if done at years end and he has been a hot commodity for a while now.

He'd be a good choice. I'd rather have a defensive minded hc even if it meant losing Garrett.

True, Im not against it by all means, Id rather him than Wade; but I prefer sticking to the 3-4.

I dunno

Brian Bilick (spelling) is a good OC. JMO

I will be honest and admit I haven't watched too much of the Giants defense this year - obviously they were amazing during their superbowl run. But I was talking to a Gmen fan the other day and he was less than impressed with Spags, he went on to say the giants blitz packages don't even sniff what jim johnson does in philly (which is where spags came from). But that was just his 2 cents.

lol I am from baltimore (obviously I am not a baltimore fan) but the guy was there for a pretty long tenure and he didn't prove even once that he had any offensive brain power.

He had like 1 good year with Minnesota and people crown him an offensive guru

yeah, but Baltimore is about DEF he really never had any talent on OFF. point well taken guys.:D

Spanoulo is good, but we dont have near the dline as the Giants. So expect to have a **** defense for years until we can get those type of players.

If we did decide to go with a defensive coach id rather it be a 3-4 guy.

We don't need genious OC/DC as head coaches. We need a Jimmy/Parcells/Cowher kind of head coach who will stand up to Jerry Jones and gets in the face of players when they suck and call it as is instead of sugar coat it and try not to hurt the player feelings. To quote parcells "bustop is full of genious OC/DC"

Dude... They freakin' loss their two best defensive pass-rushers, one to retirement, the other to injury, and they are still playing well... You can't tell me this guy can't coach defense...

Ware and Ellis move back to DE.

Suddenly, you're stacked up front.
