Sure we could cut players, but the bench isn't a very nice place either.

Hey I've been back on the forums lately due to recent events such as this 1-7 record. I have heard many say lets go cut Jenkins (not happening soon), Witten(come on), Romo!?!?!(seriously?). I agree obviously that this team is atrocious. But lets not go all crazy and start firing people left right and centre. For the time being it is best to bench players that don't give it their all and put on whoever is gonna sweat blood and tears. There's nothing worse for a player than to watch someone else go out and do their job. Then at the end of this frusterating season we can look at who should stay and who should go. Next week I would like to see more playing time from our young players get out on the field. I want to see Dez Bryant Ogletree Sam hurd and jesse holley play. I want Witten to keep playing tight end only because martellus sucks! I want to see Mcgee on the football field instead of the interception machine we like to call John Kitna. O-line, well you can't do much there. Give T-Choice some carries. Thats it for offense. Now for the defence. I want to see every rookie or second year player out there on that field at some point. The first string offense gave up 45 the worst the second/third string could give up would be 50 and at least they'd be trying.

You can't change too much at one time and still be able to evaluate how the changes are working. It's not an easy task confronting Jason.

There are some things you can do with the offensive line. Rotate players in and out. Give everyone some playing time. Churn the bottom of the roster. Bench starters that don't play hard.

This team has been playing too thin on OL for way too long. On the DL they have a rotation for everyone but Raitliff. We need a 2 gapper to spell him sometimes. We need some versatile players, so we're not stuck in a one gap 3-4 all pass rush or nothin' scenario.
