Before this week, people were coming out in droves, saying that this was a 'sure win', saying the Cowboys were definitely going 6-3 into the Indy game, and whatever else.
Nobody seemed to be realistic about the fact that this is a division rival on the road, and the Cowboys haven't been consistent in years. Sure enough, we lose. But the loss cannot be blamed on one person, this loss can be blamed on just about everyone.
* TO drops what would've put the Cowboys up by 14
* Roy drops a sure interception that goes right through his hands
* Anthony Henry got beat over and over and over
* Ridiculous amount of penalties
* No blocking on the field goal
* Ellis getting run right by on Portis's TD - he just isn't fast enough to be an outside linebacker
One of the few players that played very well this game was Romo. Infact he was one of the few reasons we even did as well as we did. He was accurate all day, was constent, and converted on a lot of 3rd downs.
Don't blame this loss on one person, though it is easy. Blame it on the entire team that played horrible. You can't continually give up opportunities and expect to win.
Oh, and fans, don't EVER assume that a game is a sure win. This is the NFL, anything can happen. Nobody expected Miami to beat Chicago today I bet.
