Surest Bets

The draft can go in so many directions this year, so I'm wondering what the surest bets are. For example, Garrett seems like a lock to go first overall. Denver and Seattle will most likely take tackles with their first round picks. Most mocks I've seen seem to link Carolina with a RB. Both Conley and Brantley look to be day three picks at this point. What are some of the others?

Draft the players you can make the franchise a foundation with. You automatically know he becomes a starter as a rookie. Garrett,Fournette,Howard,Robinson,Adams after that, it is not as sure the others start right away.
