I come across some things on the internet that claim you have to wear headphones for it to be in surround sound etc and they usually work a little bit, but I haven't found any sounds that really work without them in a 2 speaker setup.
Something weird happened when I was browsing around Grooveshark.com. Do a search for the song Black by Pearl Jam. (If you have a 2 speaker setup, with a speaker on each side of your monitor / desk)
Make sure you're sitting in between them obviously. Keep the volume kinda low and listen to the first 20 seconds.
I thought this was weird as crap and never noticed it before
