Parsons character issues are overstated and moving up to draft Surtain would have been stupid. The reality is unless Denver trades for Rogers, them not getting a QB was a dumb move by them.

Another low character 2nd round pick from the Cowboys. Not trading up for Moehrig was a terrible mistake.

Maybe the didn’t really want him? Maybe there is a reason he didn’t go in the first like many thought? Maybe since they signed a FS this offseason they felt the CB was a more important need?

Also is it just me or does every draft have 10 day 2 safeties that everyone gets excited about and then 3 years from now 7 or 8 of them are backups.

I have a hard time getting excited about safeties anymore unless they're first round grades. After that it feels too random.
