I actually like this plan. I think the 2 quick slot guys is a nice progression from the dual TE stuff that the patriots run.

Parcels did it. Wade stoped it, and Garrett brought it back. It was a great idea.

Being a leader (of a whole team) just isn't in his DNA. I know his dad did it, but that gene skipped Wade. He's good at what he does on defense, though.

Absolutely! He was even good in the other aspects of head coaching...game management, scheming, personnel packages, etc..Just not the kind of leadership style needed for working with spoiled athletes and a ridiculously meddling owner (or, lol, GM).

Edit: Needed to add that Wade's a class act. Helluva guy.
