You gotta take one for the team. Getting TChoice in here would be awesome, and this offensive would be much improved on paper. A real RB as the RB Coach is necessary.

I like Tashard Choice and I think he has future OC/HC talent.

Btw Mary, I find it interestingly humorous that Choice would probably take a pay cut to be a position coach in Dallas, lol. The horns pay their coaches more than Jerry does. Sark is probably making twice as much as Schotty.

you all keep bringing this stuff up and keep repeating "what jerry pays" without context.. that statement almost holds true for many of the NFL teams league average is 5mil for HC most of the NFCE coaches make 4-6 MKIl and that what MM was making ,.. ranked 15th out of 32..

so, it doesn't make sense to harp on Jerrys pays the cheapest, nope many NFL coaches make 4-6mil only a handful make that 10-20mil the rest fall fast from 10-32..

correct most of the longhorn fans who are also cowboys fans would definitely be torn BUT

the the cowboys need him more because UT will get back their top 2 RBS Baxter and Clark, they didn't have all season last year and add in a more Mobile QB and they are improved asap...
