I've been saying it for months, Cowboys definitely need to hire Tashard Choice to be our next RBs coach. He's been there and done that, plus is a great recruiter who has proven himself worthy of building up some of the best college RBs at UT.

Would be great to see Jerry hire Choice and draft Jaydon Blue at RB this upcoming Draft at the same time. Both would be excellent pickups for the Cowboys.

Teams would be blue if we made the choice for both of them.

you all keep bringing this stuff up and keep repeating "what jerry pays" without context.. that statement almost holds true for many of the NFL teams league average is 5mil for HC most of the NFCE coaches make 4-6 MKIl and that what MM was making ,.. ranked 15th out of 32..

so, it doesn't make sense to harp on Jerrys pays the cheapest, nope many NFL coaches make 4-6mil only a handful make that 10-20mil the rest fall fast from 10-32..

so once again it's a false narrative...

exaggerated at best

i mean Jerry paid DQ 4-4.5 with bonus to stay here that HC money for a DC, coincidentally that's what Washington pays him lmao IRONIC huh?

On Feb. 3, 2024, the Commanders hired Quinn to be their head coach. Quinn is reportedly earning $4.5 million per season, which would make him the 13th-highest-paid head coach in the NFL (tied with Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor).
Non stop Fake News with Zero, Zilch, Nada to back it up. I’m thinking he was one of the 51!

I really gotta start following college ball. I'm ashamed to admit that I had no clue he was coaching and doing well at it! *ducks for cover*
Be forewarned, it's addictive. It's so cool to see players in college then in the NFL. Especially when they are Cowboys.

Take for example, LVE. Because of where Boise St is located, they are on ESPN and CBS a lot as the very late game. I've been a fan since before they beat Oklahoma. Watching them every week it was easy to see LVE was going to be a player in the NFL and a good one. Our household excitement was thru the roof when the Cowboys were on the clock and actually drafted him. That's true for lots and lots of players even if they aren't Cowboys.

The more the Cowboys build this coaching staff the more difficult it is getting to be critical.

Choice would be another great hire like Adams, Eberflus, and Whitecotton. I am actually starting to like Schotty's plan.

Meh, I don't care about it. Vick was a Falcon, and Choice is from Georgia. It made sense.
A lot of fans ripped him for it. He had a big grin on his face as Vick was signing his autograph. It had a bad look after a loss. Choice attempted to do some damage control on Twitter but it didn’t help.

Fans are always getting upset about players exchanging jerseys and autographs, having rival players on podcasts, and anything else that doesn't scream 100% loyalty to the team and hatred of everyone else.

Nick Harris was hinting at this a week ago or so. Choice is a motivator, that's for sure.

Yeah I still have a vague memory of his locker room speech in college. He was good at getting everyone jacked up to play. I'm sure hes an awesome motivator as a coach and UT been running the ball well from what I hear. This is shaping up to be a real nice staff. I'm still waiting for free agency before I begin to buy in.
