TNew has always been quite physical but his body his been breaking down so much at CB that I'm not sure he'd last too long at FS.

huh? He won't be a Cowboy after 2012.
He's not going anywhere. Either he'll retire or be smart enough to realize that he isn't starter material anywhere. I think he's humble enough to know that.

Whoa. Where's all this talk coming from? He'll be retired? He'll be fishing? To FS? I thought he was having a solid year. Definately better than last. He's what? 30? And he's only a 6 or 7 year pro. He has some years left in this league. 30 is not old for a corner.

Not sure but i believe his contracted is back loaded, where he will be making far more money than hell be worth at whatever age he is when it kicks in. in a couple of years or so i think.

I don't think he has the body type for it. It worked for Rod Woodson, but he has a completely different build than T-New. I'm not sure he could handle the pounding of the safety position.

Poor T-New would last about 4 games at FS, then off to IR for the year. He does not have the body to play FS, he just doesnt.

That is usually the norm, most CBs in the league cannot play safety.

I was just saying if he is no longer playing he will probably be fishing, because I know for a fact he enjoys it. Personally I hope he is the second coming of Darrell Green and is productive for a long time.

I asked the question because I read that K Hamlin was coming back. I thought to myself **** he dose not have to comeback if he dose not want to :laugh2: . I was trying to think of a replacement for K. Hamlin if we got his *** out of here first thing smoking this spring, without having to pay big money to a free agent or putting a rook back their. Could you imagine how good this D would be if we had a real ball hawking able to cover ground and tackle FS.
