Things are getting mighty interesting on the Doug and Dede Show now. The hosts steered guest of honor Terrell Owens into the direction of female "entertainment" that's available to pro athletes on the road.
"It wouldn't be a word -- 'Groupies' -- if it wasn't prevalent," Owens said. "Some are very aggressive, some use the passive approach; It's all about the individual."
He then gave his most outrageous "Groupie" tale. Apparently, a few years back while Owens was still an Eagle, he was approach by a young lady who was a huge fan of his at the Ghost Bar in Las Vegas. She asked for an autograph. When he went to give it to her, she stopped him and asked he sign her arm.
The next night, Owens returned to the Ghost Bar, which is owned by his buddies, the Maloof brothers. The girl was there again. The autograph was still on her arm. Only this time, it was tattooed there. Seriously.
As for what he's looking for in a girl, and since I know we've got an enormous female audience here, Owens repeated a line he used on the Conan O'Brien Show -- "I'm looking for a lady that's low maintenance, but looks high maintenance, but really is not."
