You know, I used to jeer fans who mindlessly cheered for scumbags like Barry Bonds or Albert Belle. Now I may be forced to join them.

Did you cheer for the Cowboys in the early 90's?

I hope Reality has upgraded the server here because it may get slammed pretty hard over the next few hours.
If he signs....I'm expecting a server error, LOL.

If Owens ends up in Dallas, it wouldn't surprise me to hear later that Michael Irvin helped broker the deal.

He should get some of Rosenhaus' cut.
Okay, I will not reveal the source of this. About a month or so ago a well known poster on this forum who works in Dallas got to meet Michael Irvin. He said Michael believes we are TO away from being a real contender and he think TO will behave here because he knows he's burned bridges. So far everything he said in that PM to me has come true. I think Irvin is doing exactly as you say.

Please don't anyone ask his identity. It's his business to reveal himself if he wishes.

No question.

Irvin has been saying on ESPN since last season that he had a secret (then he'd smile real big) and then he would also say that T.O. would put Dallas over the top.

You know Irvin has been very involved in all of this since last year.

Yeah no doubt that T.O has 2 agents, luckily one of those agents wants him 100% to go to Dallas :D

It may not be that much of a secret--Irvin has said (loudly) on ESPN that TO will put the Cowboys, or Denver, into the Super Bowl. He did everything put actually put a jersey on TO himself.

Eagles release headache OwensAssociated Press

PHILADELPHIA -- Terrell Owens is free to play for any team willing to have him.

The Philadelphia Eagles released the exiled Owens on Tuesday, ending a tumultuous, two-year relationship with the wide receiver.

Owens was due a $5 million roster bonus on Wednesday, so the Eagles had to cut him or trade him before then to avoid paying him the money.
