I don't know what angle they're seeing it from. Even on HD, I can't see it.

If they're so confident, they've got to have some video capture software out there. I'd suggest the VLC player, you can take quick screen shots of anything and it saves it to the HD.

There's a great slow motion replay of it. You can see his hand very clear and match it up to the picture that is posted. Either he flipped the bird and immediately switched it to his index finger (with said switch being unviewable despite crystal clear HD replay) or he didn’t flip the bird.

I've asked him to show evidence and he keeps ignoring it and saying, "I know what I saw."
