Someone introduce him to peanut butter and honey sandwiches and our problems are solved.

Bread-less right? :lmao:
hey whatever works....

on a sidenote:

TO seems to catch certain passes without fail.
  • I see he reel in this catches that are somewhat over his head and offcenter - can I have a few of those please:D
  • He turns and faces the QB and catches those balls pretty good too - can I have a few of those please:D
  • He catches the deep ball well when he is running somewhat into the path of the ball as opposed to under the path of the ball - I would like a few of those :D
- short cross doesnt work too well

we've lived it...sacks and fumbles

Romo is making the same mistakes Bledsoe was, but unlike Bledsoe, he's only in his 4th year

I fully understand your point......potential vs has been veteran.

But as I've tried to point out to all of you guys is that right now Romo's glass slipper is missing and we were at least in games with Drew despite his struggles as a statue in the pocket.....why can't anybody at least concede to this?

I respect your opinion, as I do just about everybody else that thinks this.......but let's just say Romo has a bad game like he has pretty much the last month...(i.e. multiple sacks and turnovers) and we are blown out...you can honestly say you aren't going to wonder what could have happened if Bledsoe played?

Let's be serious...EVERYBODY here will be thinking that even if they don't outwardly voice it.

Romo = the future (hopefully)...but let's try to win now! Tom Brady is a freakin anomolie and people need to understand that every QB that has replaced Bledsoe is bound for Canton.

Mistakes and all... I want Romo in there.... was he not leading us to the possible game-tying TD against Lions.

I like what he brings to the table... just needs to be more careful with ball and make a few better decisions. He for all intents and purposes is our modern day Roger Dodger

Romo is fun to watch....just really concerned with all of the turnovers lately. I'm not sure I fully buy into the 'coaches have enough film on him now' theory because it's not like he's went into a complete shell....but something is up and he's clearly not the QB we watched in oct/nov. We all hope he is the future but right now I just think he should be on the bench....really could be a defining moment in his young career if it happened and see how he responds next year.

As for the lions...he contributed to a lot of their 39 points...THE LIONS! Maybe I'm just really disgusted because I feel we should have lit that team up and beat them handily.

I backed Bledsoe to no end. I was hoping that parcells knew what he was doing to build the future QB. So far it looks like he has. Room can not only over come his own mistakes, he helps to over come every one else's.
Bledsoe can't do that.

No, I absolutely will not wonder what Bledsoe would have done.

Not a doubt in my mind that the best guy is Romo, by a wide margin. The OL blocks better for him. The WRs numbers all went up with him in the game. The offense scored more. His numbers were amazing for a 1st year starter.

Losman is not a Hall of Famer, and neither is Romo at this point. Then again, neither is Bledsoe.

Bledsoe can't do that.

Yes but does anybody really think Romo is going to be able to hang with offensive juggernauts like philly and NO in the playoffs...he already proved he can't and that was at home in two very ugly losses!!

I just feel that a RESTED Bledsoe could come in and pull a Jeff Garcia.....one last hurrah before he calls it a career.....but i guess very few people agree with me and don't want bledsoe to ever take a snap at QB in dallas again.

Romo has more natural ability in terms of elusiness in the pocket....no arguement there....but lets be serious the oline has really not been that much better when you think about it.

To me that has been the downfall of this entire team and I knew it wasn't adequately addressed in the offseason....you could put Peyton Manning behind this line and he would struggle.

Yeah if our defense didn't leak like the Titanic I think he could.
I also agree that Bledsoe with a better line can still play. Me and you are probably the only two that would love to see him back again next season.:)

I am somebody and yes, I believe he can play them better than Bledsoe could. No doubt about it. Those teams bring ultra pressure and he can't escape.

The O-line doesn't have to be better for him to be better.

He escapes. He passes more accurately. He involves every weapon.

It isn't even close. Bledsoe never takes another snap in Dallas unless the kid gets hurt. He's not good enough.

Well... Romo WAS being careless with the ball from his first start. He showed a pattern of this in most of his games. We still won and dodged a few bullets.

Romo was taking chances on some of his throws... and yet again... we dodged a few bullets. Defenders missed the ball or dropped it.. whatever... Bill saw this....

NOW... he is being just as careless if not more and its hurting us. This has to change.

Romo contributed to the Lions 39 by turning the ball over enough times to get them 17 points off of his turnovers.

I wish Drew would stay in dallas and back Romo up for a few years but this isn't going to happen for a number of reasons.....the biggest being that he probably still feels he could be a starter with even an average oline blocking for him.....and unless Jerry Jones makes the call, yes than Drew will never take another snap again as a cowboy even if Romo is getting killed in seattle.

BUT...then again, if Parcells is booted to the curb as I suspect will happen this weekend if we lose....who knows what will happen with the QB situation.

OK...if Bledsoe starts this game in Seattle, I will agree with you.

Bledsoe is going home...So maybe Parcells starts him...and if he wins the game!?

Fine by me...

Has anyone in this thread stopped and thought about the possibility that Parcells knows BSPN and other teams rest on TO's every word? By him coming out and pounding his chest it will take all the attention off of the running game. I think we pound it hard at Seattle all game, hit the RBs in the flats all night, and then move TO into position to make a difference with the short crossing routes again.

I see a lot of short passes to TO out of the slot (the coaches will have finally figured it out) and some beautiful bombs to TG. You can call me Nostradamus on Sunday...

I honestly think Bledsoe stands a better chance of being a Cowboy with Parcells here than not. Jerry likes to reach for QBs. That's his history since Aikman.
