You know what I'm not going to sugar cought it anymore. T.O wanted to stay in dallas, He accepted being part of the team and He was changing. The offense melted down because There are to many weak minded players and coaches on the team, not because T.O. ROMO was a flop in almost every game towards the end of the season, The Coaching staff was playing checkers with the playbook instead of getting in poeples faces and getting The ship turned.

When T.O said He was going to be a Cowboys untill He retired, I thougt of HIm as a Cowboy. Thanks for letting the media turn the Cowboys against T.O.

Just my little rant. I've never been a huge fan of T.O...But they did him wrong, and the fans did him wrong to. He was a Cowboy and everybody turned their back on him.

Oh by the way feel free to blast me...Eveybody has their own opinion.

Your avatar explains you.. Crying because it's a TO thread, however, if you don't like it, don't open it.

I agree with you 100%. I'm really sad to see him go. I will admit, I got tired of all the locker room insider BS last season, but I definitely didn't think T.O. deserved the blame. Seeing him in that Bills cap on Saturday felt so awkward. And to have ESPN play over and over again the sound bite of him saying "he will retired a Cowboy" made me sick.

Wow. ********, and wrong? What are the chances, Matt?

I never had a particular problem with TO when he was a Cowboy. But there's a big sticky on the top of the Fan Zone Forum that says:

--##***TO Threads! Please Read this thread***##--..

That's what I was referring to. He's not a Cowboy anymore. For better or worse. And part of what's good about that is that I don't have to be numbed-stupid by TO threads in the Fan Zone anymore.

I read the sticky, but I felt I needed to say this. I really believe He wanted to be a Cowboy. And after seing him in that bills hat, You can see He's hurting. He was A Cowboy and everybody turned their back on him.

Something about that just gets under my skin..Dont know how else to say it.

He's a Buffalo Bill and I wish him the best. I wasn't happy to see us release him either, but what's done is done. No use whining about it anymore.

I'm a Cowboy fan, and he's not a Cowboy anymore. I've moved on, and it's probably time others did the same.

With Romo, Witten, Roy, Crayton, Austin, Barber, Felix, and Choice, we have more than enough weapons to be VERY optimistic about 2009.

I agree as well. The organization did Owens wrong and let the media turn a non-situation against him. He is the easy scapegoat to a much deeper problem.

The employees love you. The fans adore you. But what about your supervisors, especially the one who you tell to his face "I don't respect you or your goals for this team"?

Let's see how long you remain an employee.

T.O. and, it seems, posters around here must learn the principle of leadership. It doesn't matter how many people love you if you're the pion. If you're not the leader, you'd better learn respect for authority and learn who runs the show. If not, you'll be out like T.O.

Unfortunately, T.O. has never learned this. Whether in San Fran, Philly or Dallas.

He's all yours, Buffalo.

There still remains only one person to blame for his departure and that's Terrell Owens.

He created the monster that is his initials. He was never able to restrain his will to win within that of the team concept. The media attention and his unwillingness to accept the role of just being the number one receiver were both his ultimate undoing.

Sometimes, you have to accept the fact that the media is uncontrollable and that you have to not play their game. Sometimes, you have to accept that your contribution to a team is no greater than your teammates. Sometimes, you have to just suck it up and play.

Owens could never do any of these things. He just loves himself too dang much. Now, he's in Buffalo. What has always made him content is living life as a game of Russian roulette with a bullet in every cylinder instead of just one. Dallas was his third team which he has played this game. It's way past time that he started getting with the program instead of fighting it.

The Cowboys wanted him to be a teammate.

Apparently neither one was possible. Good riddance.

Contrary to wrong beliefs, you can say it in the NFL Zone as the Sticky instructed. That forum is open for posting.
