tis has ben the norm for like 3 years now VET off days for the Superstars is normal..especially this time of year..

May be working better than surgery would have. He is what he is.

A lot of people saying "normal day off", but that's ignoring the specific mention of the back tightening. That's news. It's not surprising news, but it's not the same as "normal day off", even if he would have taken the day off anyway.

Surgery? His back tightened up, as in stiff/sore muscles. There's no "surgery" for that.

If he ruptures a disk, that's another matter.
