witten was an animal today from the first snap,i think last years *** kicking weighed on his mind.

You could tell he was fired up for today's game. I remember early telling my wife that he was amped up tonight. What a competitor!

This is the roll the offense was on, from the 3rd and 4th quarter last week through tonight (first two quarters plus)...

12 drives
30 first downs
730 yards
7 td
3 fg
2 punts
55 points

This is why you build a top rated offense. Romo is known for his accuracy, and because this offensive line opens holes for Murray, they have to dedicate people to the LOS while continuing to double Dez. So then you have one on one coverage with Witten & Williams. It's crucial for Williams to turn into a big time receiver, and then at this point, teams will be scared of our offense.

Watching Witten celebrate that one touchdown where he led the blocking was a terrific moment.

His desire to win is palpable.

That was great. Glad they showed that angle on the replay.

So right.
When teams were able to ignore the run, double Dez and almost double (sometimes legit doubling) Witten- it made things tough, but now...

With this OL opening up holes like they are and Murray chewing up tacklers and hitting those holes hard...

This is a very dangerous offense.
Especially the way Linehan is calling up the plays.

So much misdirection. Play-actions, reverses, fake reverses, cut-back lanes...

This is good stuff.

Teams have been disrespecting T-Will all year with single coverage. Now that Romo is back to his usual self, they're making teams pay.

While on the subject of receivers, did anyone notice that Dez didn't throw up the X tonight? I wonder if the score had anything to do with it.

Wait. So this was possible with Romo all along with a dominant offensive line and we were busy stockpiling cornerbacks all these years?

Tyron Smith. Travis Frederick. Zack Martin. True impact players.

Very true. All these guys that we have had for years now, finally showing their true potential, and all because we finally had the good sense to draft high for Oline. In my opinion they are the true heart of this team.

Collinsworth even pointed out that the cowboys have been executing "boring drafts", selecting as I call, nuts and bolts positions. Its paying off.

Williams is a guy that will have marginal production for a few games, and then completely destroy a team. Thats what you want out of your number #2 with a guy like Bryant

How about that T-Will... Great humble quotes after the game, too, about how he didn't do anything special, it was all Dez and Witten getting doubled.

I think he did, the cameras might not have caught it. On nfl.com it has a pic of him doing it from what I believe is last night's game.

^Yeah, I noticed the team went over to celebrate with him and they didn't show what he did after that.
