Tomorrow, some friends and I will be going to Texas stadium and tailgaiting for the first time. We have never been to Texas stadium and we are really looking forward to it. I just have to ask a few questions because we arnt really sure about a few things. I am a full time-student so i dont have all of the cool BBQ pits, and stuff. So i was wondering about a few things

1) What time do i show up?

2) Is there a place where we can watch the game once it starts?

3) Is there food for sell?

Any other advice will be appreciated.....Thanks for all the help in advance

I agree with CrazyCowboy. It costs 5 bucks to get in and there are a bunch of crazy fans in there. Fun time.

I went on Thanksgiving, but not to tailgate. I got there early, and my girlfriend was talking about the corral. It sounded cool. But I was too busy with my binoculars to think about anything outside of the stadium. And it was COLD.

My prediction is that Stanbach (sp?) our secret weapon in the playoffs. The athletic things I saw from him made me see why we spent a 4 pick on him. He's raw, but he's gonna be good....

Fans are cool. We're classy. There were some Jets fans talking smack, about ten of them, and I said sternly, "good luck, guys, you're gonna need it".

OK, so it wasn't my most creative line of smack talk... but I wasn't exactly inspired. It was the Jets.

This game should be much better for that sort of thing.

Have fun.

There is no food in the lot and there are no public tvs to watch the game in the lot.

You have to bring your own food, drinks and tv in the lot. There are very few port a potty's also.

if you want to walk across the bridge and go in the corrall it will be worth it for you, its only 5 bucks.

The new stadium will have a massive video. Do you think folks will come to tailgate and watch the game from the lot?
