hey, i'll take the win. but i wasn't feeling too good about it, considering the (mostly) shoddy pass defense and the anemic running game.

...then i looked at other scores from today and i realized that the colts barely squeeked out a 13-10 victory over the chiefs, and that the steelers lost to the jets (the JETS, for crying out loud!!!). good teams can have bad days. our team is very good, and on their bad day -- and on washington's good day -- they were still better than their opponent.

i AM going to look to the jets game and hope to see some domination in the running offense and a tighter pass defense. but i'll enjoy this win for all it's worth.

And I bet the Steelers still get ranked as a top 3 team by the mediots :laugh2:

I REALLY hate the Steelers.

Between the Steelers, 49ers, Eagles, and Commanders it's really difficult deciding who I can't stand more.

You're right. A win is a win. This game pissed me off, but it feels better than a loss, you know?

I'm thrilled the Jets beat the Steelers because there's no way they're going to beat two top-tier teams in a row.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! :D

I think I'll take the Commanders by a hair over the Stealers.

It is clear you didn't learn the lesson of today's game.

Don't take any NFL team for granted.

There is no rule that says the Jets can't beat Dallas.

Because if we don't blow everybody out there will always be a sizable contingent of unhappy people

I have no trouble ranking these four teams in terms of hate:

#1 Eagles
#2 Commanders
#3 49ers
#4 Steelers

In fact, let me redo this list:

#1-4 Eagles
#5-6 Commanders
#7 49ers
#8 Steelers

No wait, I changed my mind:

#1-10 Eagles
#11-12 Commanders
#13 49ers
#14 Steelers

The skins needed a sweep to get any shot at the NFC East. They failed. Think about that.

No its just giving up 340 yards passing to a guy who has only passed for 240 yards once in his career is frustrating.

I think a lot of us have Super Bowl hopes, but watching the secondary continue to make guys like Campbell look like Marino makes you really have doubts that they can beat NE or Green Bay for that matter in the playoffs. Seems like every week WRs and TEs are running completely free in the secondary over and over. Not to mention the special teams coverage and penalties.
