They make a slim Jim too. Didn't particularly care for those. Meat tasted funky.

They're all over the south, though. I'm in Atlanta tonight and saw them at the gas station. I believe they're a partner with Six Flags, the amusement park, as well. They're marketed to Hispanics (made in Mexico if I believe), so if you don't have a big Hispanic population on your area, that may be the reason.

We don’t have many Hispanics at all. There are a few that comes into the area to plant trees for timber companies during the Winter, but they don’t stay around very long.

Yes they do sometimes I use chopsticks to eat them at home or tweezers just to avoid the mess

I have my wife feed them to me so I don't get my fingers dirty.
