QB Giovani Carmazzi, a 3rd round pick by the 49ers in 2000, who was released by British Columbia. For the record, CFL teams play an 18-game schedule with the 92nd Grey Cup scheduled for November 21st in Ottawa. Also of note is the fact that the 40-man CFL rosters include 19 Canadian players, 18 players designated imports, almost all of whom are Americans, and 3 QBs who can be of any nationality, although they are almost always Americans.

Perhaps I missed the significance of this?

There's a nice NFL Zone for non-Cowboy stuff (which I presume this is) or heck, the Sports Zone for other sports since this doesn't even seem to be the NFL.

Is there a significance to this guy? Like I said, I don't see a connection to anything.
