Weird because the DEs in this draft are bigger and have more moves than the ones last year, yet we took one in Lawrence. Also Street doing what Harris did? That is completely nonsensical.

The Street comment was from the WR coach. He wouldn't be commenting on the Special Teams part of it.

Dallas seemed to interview all the major DL:
Mario Edwards Jr
Trey Flowers
Marcus Golden
Eddie Goldman
Owamagbe Odighizuwa

Interviewed some RB's and OL

Dont pay too much attention on the interviews at the combine. But pay attention to the overnight visits the Cowboys do later in the draft process. You'll get a idea of where they are going in the draft when you see that list.

If Carr accepts the paycut, dont be suprised to see Carr move over to the right side. And move Scandrick over the left side.

If Harris isnt brought back talking with Dooley he loves Street to do the things harris does.

Does the team resign Rolando?
I dont know there's alot of stuff going on there thats not good. Maybe if he were to accept a contract full of incentives. I dont think he would accept that.

Think this team needs to get Lee out of the middle to keep him on the field and let him roam as the WILL, and play Hitchens at the mike.

There doesnt look like there is a DE who can be a day one starter in the draft for Dallas. Too many tweeners, who Dallas needs for them to be 15-20lbs heavier.

Which later round QB would you draft?
Broaddus: Bryce Petty

Dallas most likely will be getting zero comp picks this yr.

Talking with Jeff Fisher, dont expect the rule on the dez catch to be changed.

Think the most likely landing spot for Murray will be Indy.

Doug Free is just as important as resigning Murray.

Nick Hayden is a guy that wouldnt be a bad option on a rotation.
Broaddus: Listening to the walls around VR, i get a feeling they want to get younger at that posistion.

I'm surprised they didn't comment on the Dez video. Mickey usually can't help himself to clear the air.

It was reported, he was looking for $8-10 mill a year.

I've seen the same. Mentioned the Ravens expected him to get between $8-$10 million on the open market. The Bills apparently think the same thing for Hughes.

If going with a free agent...I still prefer Sheard for LDE. Would be less expensive with similar production at DE.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to say signing Free is just as important as signing Murray. If need be the team could babysit the RT just like they did before Free's turnaround if the guy chosen doesn't produce. I'm not even sure Free can be considered a sure thing.

If the next RB isn't productive there's nothing you can do to make it work, and it makes the offense rely solely on Tony again. It would also limit Dallas' ability to control the clock like they did this year, which took some pressure off the defense.

Jeff Fisher's comment is pure garbage. The rule as it is written is flawed, everyone knows it is, and there shouldn't be a single person in the room who says otherwise.

Fix it now, and settle it. It's not all that hard, IMO. Just accurately define "going to the ground" and the problem is solved.

Well, hopefully it comes up later.

It's a broken rule. When other owners and even the guy defending the pass say it made them uncomfortable to see it that it was a catch, you know you have a problem.

It should be i dont think it will. This rule has been a issue since it came out, and they havent changed it.
