Spagnola is nothing but a Cowboys apologist. I haven't listened to Talking Cowboys since the offseason. I got tired of listening to Spagnola's stories that have nothing to do with Cowboys football and listening to Sunny's laugh and spending a segment discussing what she did on her weekend.

Either way, I do hope you and everyone else understands that the Cowboys are not the only organization with a Spagnola. The eagles have dave spadaro and he's the exact same guy. If anything he's twice the "shill".

I like Mickey Spagnola and I love Broaddus.

I respect Broaddus opinion and I love that Mickey supports the Cowboys. I do not care of the reasons. most Dallas media are just looking to be shock guys and I think its nice to see that Mickey is the guy next door who you can chat

Word, the show is actually pretty boring. They spend a large amount of time talking about things I care nothing about and they really don't get animated at all. I mean, you don't have to be animated to have good discussions but it helps if you at least seem inspired some of the time. It's just a yawn fest IMO.

I listen because of Broaddus and his input on how the team is doing in practices and in games.

It's alot more football talk now with Bryan on board.

Mickey is not a member of the media. He is a paid staff member for the Dallas Cowboys. He works close with Rick Dalrymple and all stories coming out of him are related to the team's PR goals.

Same with Broaddus. Brian would tell you the truth a few years ago when he was independent, now he tells you things that will make Jerry happy.

It is what it is. I read their postings sometimes...but the other posters here are right. By the very definition of the word they are shills.
