Nate Newton is with the show again
Cole Beasley has really shown improvement, he is a real nightmare for the guys in TC this yr. seems to have found his comfort zone and taken it to another level.
Looks like this teams version of Wes Welker.
JG has sent the last 3 yrs with 2 things, keeping players safe and creating a competitive atmosphere. And thats seemed like a winning system.
Lucky Whitehead might be the guy this team carries as the 5th WR. He makes you watch him in open space and right now he is the probably the best punt returner and then doubles back as the gunner in punt coverage like Harris did.
Byron Jones is impressing the team with his coverages and has made plays against the top Wrs even Dez. Uses proper technique and proper use of his hands.
Gregory coming off the edge is wooo hoo. His play against the run needs work.
If Claiborne comes in and do what he has to do and is healthy he will be that CB in front of Byron Jones.
Theres more competition at Cb on this team then there has been for a long time.
Shouldnt be concerns on where Hitchens plays because he's already proved he can play wherever they put him. Doesnt matter because he's a smart player and he knows them all.
Weems seems to finally believing in what the team is telling him and teaching him. He's playing with a better base and stopped reaching for his man and messing with his balance.
Think La'el Collins should be getting reps at RT
You can keep Collins in the background and let him learn but how do you know how far he can go unless you push him.
You can see the rust coming off of Hardy. Doing incredible stuff out there.
McFadden is a few days away from getting back and McClain is a couple weeks away.
Reguarding McClain, when coaches usually give you a "a week or so" response basically because you never know with this guy.
Nate: i dont talk about guy because certain players you can just tell they arent dedicated to the game. Sean Lee is dedicated because by just looking in his eyes you can tell its killing him not being on the field. Certain guys you can tell theyre just having fun and not really putting in the work they should.
JG said they had to put a harness on Lee because the guy has been trying to get back out there.
Devin Street has done a nice job in Tc but his season needs to be the preseason and he needs to shine.
In this offense if your 2nd WR is getting what TW got last yr thats pretty strong.
Talked to Joseph Randle and told him to slow down, you have great vision use it and do what 25 is doing. Because right now he's beating you.
