First, Randy nails some cowboys players, with their lack of attitude, preparation and hustle for lack in the green bay game. Showed footage of cowboys players blowing assignments, even when they admitted earlier before the game, what they needed to do.
An example was ware rushing real wide and going right by qb, which leaves wide open run for packers qb, another play 4 defenders go in wrong assignment, leaving a wide open run by packer runner for big yardage.
Also talked about some players saying they dont like jason garrett, but randy said, look that manbee baby attitude, which should not be. Some real good stuff zoners, hopefully DC or theebs can put up the podcast.
We all know about how dominoes and card games were allowed back into cowboys facility by wade and how jason got rid of that immediately. How wade didnt work the players in pads, but first day jason says cowboys your going to be in full pads. How ware said that when he saw written in big red letters wednesday morning early, full pads, adn ware said something like, Oh Man! Its the attitude of the players and the culture of laid back wade allowed.
Randy went on to say, the players dont have to like the head coach, but respect him, then after players do 2 adays in pads etc, so when in the 4th quarter they are physically ready to battle and win the game in 4th quarter they can. Randy went on to say that this team, as well as brady tinker saying this team may not have been physically ready to play by what wade did.
Randy also said, that when the packers qb ran and 2 defenders came up to meet him, showing it on film, they didnt wrap up and bring down packers qb, but simply throw one shoulder at the packers qb, which was mambe pambee,
Even tacking attitude was bad on this team.
In bradys show they had beuhler and mcbrair on and they basically said that when parcells was here, he was in all areas in meetings room even special teams, but when wade was here he didnt. that wade basically let the coordinators do their thing. Hmmmm, maybe jerry jones was letting wade have control and run the team. I am hearing jason garrett is involved in special teams. Something wade didnt do, which i think was part of the problem, makes you wonder what wade was actually doing, while not really working the players in pads.
The attitude of this team is the biggest thing i see that needs changing.
