Zimmer needs to retire. I saw him holding that play sheet and his hands were shaking. I don't know what kind of defense this is, but players are wide open and that's not going to work in the NFL, college, high school, and every level below that.

My hands would be shaking too if I was depending on Mazi Smith and Nick Virgil.
