yes as soon as something works for 1 team we must go out and copy it, Its the only way we can win.

IF Wade said that kind of stuff, Dallas media would make fun of him to no end. Its depends on the delivery. And it depends on what Morris says when he has a bad record.

Besides Young or old, what Dallas needs is stability and consistent message, coming from HC.

The Giants are the best of the NFC right now by a large margin. TB is coming but they are a year or two away. I like their QB.

im all for it now, i just didnt believe in Ron Riveria like everyone else. Im hoping this crop is better.

I want the younger guy now because i want time and consistency here. Tho ive been breaching for scrapping everything and letting a new GM and coach build here.

No way ! I went to a Tampa game this year and their record is a mirage.

But they're a young team and their coach is trying to establish an identity for them.

Remember when Jimmy Johnson was questioned about the relative youth of his team and its expectations. Jimmy Johnson said, empathically, "We will be in the playoffs."

When you have a good game plan and strategy, when you practice with detail and discipline in mind and when you have talented players, your next step is building their confidence.

Some coaches can do that. Some can't.

I'll leave it to the forum to determine which ones can't.

I don't have any problem with what Norris said. He's trying to get his team to believe they can be great and believe their coach when he says so.

I am still not ready to agree with this. If the Giants continue to turn the ball over the way they are, they will lose to teams like the Falcons, Saints, and Eagles.

The problem is all 3 of the teams you named have big issues as well.

Atlanta's given up 2 straight 400yd passing games.

Falcons- 27th in pass d
Saints-29th in rushing offense
8 turnovers in last 3 games.
Philly-23rd in points allowed

Both teams are supposed to have inferior talent.

Both teams are playing hard for their coach.

Both teams are playing disciplined football despite being apparently outmatched by the media pundits and on paper.

Heart, determination, and discipline go a long way in a league set up for parity.
