His strength is pass rush, but he is solid at the run also.

Not any time soon. But we'll get healthy doses of him. Probably a 60/40 split in snaps.

Doubt it. I think it's Ratliff's job and they will just mix them up more to keep them fresh and he will probably take over a tackle spot on the nickel.

Yeah most likely the guy is. why pick him up if we aint gonna use the guy...

The guy is suppose to be quick off the ball, which should suit him particularly well in this scheme. Wade's scheme has them run to the gap, instead of simpling engaging the lineman. If he can get penetration up the middle, this addition is going to be huge...

WP pretty much said what they want to do with Tank today in his PC. He said something along the line of how he wanted to sub for Ratliff on run plays to keep him fresh to rush the passer. Makes sense and I'm looking forward to seeing what Tank can do this weekend.

Goodell didn't shorten his eight-game ban but atleast he allowed Tank to get back on the field and practice for the past three weeks, something that the commish didnt have to grant.

The three weeks of practice should go a long way in Tanks integration with this defense, and it will be interesting to see how Wade will use Tank, but I would expect his addition to add a more physical, nasty presence at the nose immidiately. This team needs that! Brilliant aquisition IMO.

In Tanks 3 season with the Bears he recorded 8.5 sacks in his last two years with the team, and .05 his rookie year.
