You need to figure out a way to make a buck off your talent. 20 hours is alot of time to put into a project. Your work is good enough to sell.

It may not be work. If it's something he likes to do and helps him unwind. My cousin is like that granted no where near as good but he's always looking for ideas from people to give him something to draw.

but the talent is definately there and FireMedic could make some nice extra money from it. Assuming he doesn't already.
