I definitely see it. I know there's a tendency for people to want to compare current Cowboys to former players, but I think there are some real similarities with these two. Both have excellent vision and run very hard. They have comparable running-styles. They're even about the same size. Neither would be considered a burner, but both have "football speed" and find ways to gain nice chunks of yardage.

Now before the naysayers jump all over this thread and start with the "How could you compare the NFL's all-time leading rusher with a 3rd stringer?!", realize that nobody is saying Choice is as good Emmitt. Just observing that there are certainly similarities when one watches them play.

The guy is just a well rounded football player. I hope he gets the chance to get 4-6 touches throughout the course of a game.

I agree and I also think that deep down we love Barber...but he may be the odd man out because of his contract. I just don't know how long you can keep three and Felix ain't going anywhere.

I see some similarities. One difference so far is pass blocking. Emmitt was fantastic and Choice still has some learning to do. I think he can do it with more experience though.

I really, really like Choice.
