That's like me saying, "take away your arms, and you can't bowl worth a ****." Of course if you take away size and speed he would be an UDFA. I think that is true for almost every NFL player. Take away Chris Johnson's speed, and he is an UDFA. Oh, well, guess what. He has speed. "Take away three wins from the Cowboys and they don't make the playoffs." :bang2: Holy crap, give me size and speed and I'll be an NFL player.
Learn to read bud. I'm not saying take away his size/speed as a whole. I said RATIO. meaning, if he's 6'3 230 and runs a 4.7, 4.6 or even a 4.5 for that matter he has absolutely no place in the 1st round, or the whole draft for that matter. Or if he's 5'11 200 and runs a 4.4. But you being the smart guy you are go and give me a story about how you cant take away something from anybody to do something. Take away you're arms you cant bowl, but if you take away a finger you could. Thats a much better analogy. You're not taking away his speed as a whole. Same for Mays. And no it is not true for every NFL player. Other NFl players have but up very pedestrian workout numbers but have torn up the league, in fact a majority have. And where the **** did the 3 wins come from? 40-50 % of safeties in Div 1 football have put up 5 career INT and forced a fumble, why aren't they getting drafted to? Again, if Mays runs a 4.5-4.7, he has no shot of getting drafted. Its all based on measureables, and not performance. Its said the league has come to that.
