Meh it’s just how it’s gonna go for this team. Another player with talent who can’t stay healthy.

Just saw this. Crap!!!!!!! Cowboys liked him and he showed some promise.

Since it's the same knee as before, his playing days might be over.

Terrible. I hope and pray for all the best for him. He was undrafted so his pay is probably at the lowest tier in the NFL. Playing in the NFL is what he had hopes and dreams of taking care of him and his family. From what I gather, he was a very likeable young man. He's no Kelvin Joseph that's for sure. Terrible that people here are making light of this.

To all the people here wishing him good thoughts and prayers, you are my kind of fans.

Sucks for him but maybe he needs to stop trying to play football.

Some guys' bodies just can't hold up to the physical demands of the game, no matter how hard they try.
I think it is improper weight lifting, mainly using too much weight damages acl or hamstring, then later it rips during game or practice.

That's why it's critical that these players make sure they have a degree, skill or backup plan for life outside of football.

I understand players that come out early to pursue an almost sure NFL job because they know their draft projection that don't have time to complete a degree.

Stephens had 5 years of college.....I hope he got a degree to hedge against this kind of thing.....especially when he was projected to be undrafted.

Most of them during College get a Degree in Basket Weaving, or Workforce Leader Ship.

my favorite one was Matt Leinart enrolled in Ballroom dancing to complete his sociology degree.

I can imagine him as a social worker relaying his dancing skills to a single mother with 14 children.....
