Team Captains

I havent had a chance to go back and watch the game again from Wednesday night, but I recall Romo, Witten, Ware and Lee wearing the "C" on their jerseys.

Can someone tell me who, in addition to those 4, are captains this year? I'm thinking they have a ST captain - McCray maybe- but I must have missed them announcing the captains.

I believe Danny McCray is also a captain, though he did not play.
