The Coyboys seem more confident than pre QW trade.

It seems that QW has that "dawg" mindset.

The defense looks better now even on snaps that QW is off the field.

We're heard the story about him encouraging Overshown to be himself and just go kick butt.

In the flip side, early in the season we could see that Diggs was not in a good mindset and just seemed to have a loser mentality.

Hard to forget the image of Parsons sleeping on a table during the preseason...

Kenneth Murray seems more focused now that he rotates with Wilson...

A big issue with the back end was that they were completely lost. Wilson has helped that alot. Overshown has also beenna more cerebral player than last year where he was feast or famine. Made alot of splash plays, but was also out of position alot. He is ability to process plays has been much improved
