I give props to Capers and the GB defense for plaing well.

however we were about to be shut out for the first time since 2003

I mean does this team have a backbone

if they are searching for a identity then they should be playing with confidence to show the rest of the league they are for real and not just wonder if this is the same cowboys from years past

It needs to change and I was hopefull this was the year

there is no such thing as a good loss we got our arses handed to us today and gave a blueprint to the rest of the league

Then opposing defenses can just pin their ears back and rush Romo since they don't have to worry about stopping the run. That's our identify. Nothing went well for any of the units today, but the O-line had a particularly dreadful day. There were very few pass plays where Romo had time to read the field and throw. Even the RB's didn't protect well.
ST's, they had a below average game, too.
Penalties: I think the break down was four on O, four on D, and two on ST's. And a number of them occured at particularly painful times.
