Just needs to be more consistent.

On offense we need to be more dynamic. We need to use all of our running backs, and use Felix in the passing game. I don't know if he is struggling catching balls in practice, but we've never used him in the passing game like we use barber and choice.

Martellus Bennett has to start getting some routes going.

A good game has us passing around 30 times per game. That needs to go to

7 players, thats a little over 4 targets per game for each player.

Choice has been targetted like 17 times this season. A lot of that should have gone to Felix Jones. Some of Witten's balls should go to Bennett. And Roy Williams honestly... just need to play better, or he'll be the one we're benching.

In every game so far this year, his receptions per target have been off. Not just blaming him, a lot of it has been Romo. But the fact remains these guys just aren't on the same page right now.

On defense we just need to finish, and it'll be easier for them to do that if the offense plays consistently, and doesn't turn the ball over, same with special teams.
