I would put the Ravens stock as down. They lost a starting OLB & guard, 2 back ups at safety, and a rotational DL. Also, Reed and Lewis are probably gone after this year. They brought back their center who was going downhill last year.

If Dallas had the same start to free agency, this board would be in total meltdown mode.

I would put the skins stock as UP assuming they land RG3. They have been in search of a franchise QB forever and they finally MIGHT have one.
