I don't think the niners has any intention on drafting Trubisky. Lynch played them.

It wasnt that the 49ers were ever going to draft him, its whether another team made an offer to the 49ers

The Browns without question.

Normally I'd agree but the Browns have played this draft about as well as possible IMO. In a draft full of weak project QBs you don't take one in the 1st round, you build up talent elsewhere and then take a QB project when the price is more in line with their upside.
