It will not happen but it is better to get the right coach for the franchise not the coach for Jerry Jones.

Jerry has been selling fantasy (aka: teaser) to the Dallas fan base for the past 20+ years. On draft day,
Jerry talks to his latest draft busts, you are a Dallas Cowboy. In yesteryear, being a Dallas Cowboys was special because it meant getting into the playoffs and winning. Nowdays, being a Dallas Cowboys means being a celebrity. Jerry keeps making a yacht full of cash and this franchise has not won a single divisional playoff game since ....... 1995 !

At one time, Dallas made the most playoff wins in the NFL but lost that to the Patriots.
Jerry wants $$$$, fame and celebrity-ville over winning.

Pride goes before destruction and this franchise has been broken for 20+ years and it isn't going to change, no matter who the next puppet walking the sideline is.

What I don't get is if they really put a quality product on the field and won super bowls, wouldn't Jerry make more money? I mean they didn't get the title Americas team for nothing. Is it too much work to be a champion or is it simply old jer needing to feed his ego and prove it to everyone that he is a football guy.

This year the right HC would have this team at 9-3 and a front runner for the Super Bowl.

This team shouldn't fear any team in the NFC and should have beat the defending champs.
