Tebow is finally changing his mechanics

I think Tebow has some things to overcome but I think if he can go to a team who is not looking to rush him into the lineup and willing to work with him and develop him then I think he could surprise some people. I think he has the work ethic and desire to learn

Off the Chart intangibles. He'll be a good one if given the chance to develop. But this has nothing to do with BIG D' We're set at QB.

I agree. I think the big mistake would be to get drafted and thrown to the wolves early on. However if he is lucky enough to go to a team who has a quality starting QB and given time to develop I think he has a chance to become a very good player.

That's why his home town Jacksonville would be a terrible choice for him. Luckily, they have Gene Smith doing their drafts now, so I'd say he is way too smart to burn a 1st rounder (or maybe even a 2nd) on him. Talk about pressure to play him before he's ready. For his sake (and the team who drafts him) he needs to go somewhere that has the patience and time to work with him.
Sam Wyche is working with him right now and said he has been very surprised (shocked) at his potential. He said that his delivery is obviously screwed up and will take time to fix, but almost all other facets (even arm strength and footwork) are there. I'm curious to see how he grows, but I just like to see the kid go somehwere that gives him time.

I'm going to be honest. I don't see how his footwork can be there if he primarily took snaps from shotgun.

My thoughts too....just passing on what Sam Wyche was saying after working with him the past week or so. Wyche is an outstanding QB coach, so it did surprise me to hear that.
